Huw was invited to speak on rail issues on the BBC Radio PM programme this weekend. Huw spoke of his own frustrations with dealing with rail companies both as a commuter and as a member of the Transport Committee in Parliament. He said there was difficulty in identifying culpability when rail issues arose and called for radical change in the industry, which he said lacked fresh thinking. He also spoke of his own bill which would bring in automatic compensation for customers experiencing delays in train services. "It's not good enough" he said "and it needs to be better."
