Global Travel Task Force: one-off session

The Government published its Global Travel Taskforce report on 9 April which set out how international travel could be restarted. This one-off evidence session allowed the Transport Committee to examine the outlook for summer 2021 inbound and outbound international travel, how to rebuild consumer confidence, the details around health certification and testing, regulations and restrictions at our borders, and the long-term recovery of the UK aviation and travel industry.
